The painful feeling of persistence

Last night I chose ‘sore tomorrow’. And I don’t regret it!
Zumba/ jazz/ Latin American dancing is probably the only thing I find works with my body (and unmotivational mind) in keeping my compact frame in good health. Last night was a true test as it was a 2hr class! Hence, the ‘sore tomorrow’, being very apparent today!
I’m curious to know who else finds this health fad useful in a busy lifestyle. With my current job making personal time something I rarely get, finding regular times to keep my health in check can be a struggle, so I find zumba classes are generally globally spread & available almost any place/ any day of the week. Which is one reason why im hooked. It’s fun, entertaining (if not a good chuckle at yourself and others) high cardio and brain food in that you need to get the steps correct to get the best workout.
Does anyone out there have an opinion on other ways a time poor, body conscious, anti running and gym, person can also try?
I wanna hear from you!
